Right of Return

According to Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The products must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale as new. The right of return does not apply to gift cards.

Notify our customer service about the return at: bylaurahilma@gmail.com, and you will receive instructions for the return.

The costs related to packaging and shipping the product will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. If the product is in fully resellable and flawless condition upon return, the full value of the product will be refunded to the buyer.

Product Information

Due to the nature and one of a kind quality of the ceramics, pieces might have a subtle variation in size, color, and traits from piece to piece. Great care is taken to ensure that item characteristics in product images are accurate, however, please be aware that there may be display differences from screen to screen.
